Prices
Prices shown are a guide only, are in good faith, may change at any time without notice and are inclusive of GST.
A 50% up-front deposit is required for first-time clients. If the shoot goes ahead, the deposit will be applied to the final payment. The booking fee will be refunded if the shoot is cancelled, the appointment was not rescheduled previously, and at least 2 hours notice is given.
Standard packages
NOTE:
Single use licence. Suitable where you only want to use the photos until the property is sold or first leased. If you need to use the photos again, a separate re-licensing fee will apply.
Indefinite use licence. Suitable where you want to use the photos for any other purpose and/or without any time limits (for example, to be able to market or promote your business or the goods or services it sells, or to advertise your short-term rental).
Relicence. Suitable where you need photos that we have already taken. As we don’t have to shoot the property and edit the photos again, a 50% discount will apply.

Picking up keys
If the property is located within 5 kilometres of the pick up and return points, there will be no charge.
Otherwise, a pick-up key fee will apply, being the lesser of:
the distance from the pick up point to the property plus the distance from the property to the drop off point, and
the additional distance to pick up and return keys as compared to us travelling directly to and from the property from our office
multiplied by the current rate set by the ATO (currently $0.85 per kilometre) and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
Travel will be by the shortest practicable route according to Google Maps.
