When your agency uses us exclusively, you can be assured that our guarantee will protect you and your vendor while minimising your risk and giving you total confidence to use our premium services on every home you list.

Agencies that exclusively engage our photographic services get the following additional benefits:

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that if you or your vendor are not 100% happy, we will re-edit the photos and/or re-shoot the property free of charge and, if you or your vendor are still unhappy and don’t use any of the photos, we will refund the total cost of the shoot for your trouble.

2. Punctuality

We guarantee we will be at the property within 10 minutes following the booked time. If we are likely to be more than 3 minutes late, we will call ahead to the vendor to let them know (as long as you’ve given us their phone number). If we arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time, we will credit you $75 for the inconvenience.

3. Securing the property

We guarantee to make sure the property is secured as much as is possible before we leave. We will attempt to lock all doors and windows and close security shutters (but sometimes that’s not possible). If we’ve failed to do so, we will refund the total cost of the shoot. Also, we guarantee that we will turn off all lights before we leave. If we fail to do so, we will credit you $20 as compensation towards your client’s power bill.

4. Quick turnaround time

We guarantee your photos will be back by COB the following business day or we will credit you the entire shoot. Note that Saturday and Sunday are not a to be taken as a business day for the purpose of turnaround times.

5. Great customer experience

We guarantee your vendor will have a courteous, easy and fuss-free photo shoot and your agency will be represented in the best possible way. If not, we will credit you $50 to compensate for their bad experience.

6. Free front elevated shot

If, in our opinion, an elevated shot is warranted because the building is on the upward side of sloping land, the building comprises 2 or more storeys, or it’s a large vacant block, we will deliver a single elevated photograph to showcase the front of the property (a $20 value).

7. Free video slideshow

We will provide a free slideshow, comprising 10-15 photos with a duration of approximately 30 seconds, for you to use on social media (a minimum $45 value).

8. Free re-licensing of photos

While we are your agency’s exclusive photographer, we will allow you to re-use the photos without charge, for multiple sales or leasing campaigns (we normally charge a fee of 50% of the lesser of the fee we would normally charge to re-license the photos for later campaigns).

9. Locked-in pricing

We will guarantee to not increase the fees we charge you until 6 months after any price increases (potentially saving you thousands of dollars a year).

10. Inability to access the property

We will let you off the hook for up to 10 instances per calendar year per agency where a shoot is cancelled or rescheduled because we’ve travelled to the property and find we’re unable to shoot the interior because of a no-show of the person who is supposed to meet us there or because the keys don’t work (at a minimum of $35 per incident, that’s up to $350 per year).

Conditions

This arrangement is to commence on the date that the agreement is signed by both parties.

To be classified as the exclusive photographer of the agency, all properties must be photographed by us except where:

  • we are unable to fit in a shoot at the day and time that suits you and we suggest that you use another photographer, or

  • the agency representative or property manager re-use photos that were used in a previous campaign, or

  • the agency representative or property manager photographs the property themselves.

“Agency representative” above does not include ones whose connection with the agency is ONLY to operate under that agency’s umbrella and who “own” the listing (i.e. they get to take the listing if they were to leave the agency).

This applies to photography only (not services that we don’t provide such as drones, video, etc).

Credits (i.e. with a monetary penalty value) only apply where the shoot is a Standard Day, Premium Day or Twilight package.

This arrangement may be terminated at any time by either party, in writing, in which case all benefits under this program immediately cease.
